Our Customers' Results
Customers consistently report annual savings of 10-15% of their phone bill by installing Proteus.
For example, checking actual call data/bills allows organizations to identify over and duplicate charging
and ensure correct allocation of discount structures. Our case studies demonstrate how real businesses have
achieved real cost savings and increased efficiency by CTI Groups' Telecom expense management solutions. An
Return on Investment (ROI) calculator can show you exactly where and what savings can be made.
It typically takes organizations 4-6 months to realize a payback period on our Proteus Telephone Management
System. These benefits will be increased 4-fold when integrating mobile, Internet and e-mail analysis as
well. Many of our clients see a payback within weeks of installing Proteus.
